Products and Use

All products are supplied for research, manufacturing, and laboratory purposes. Products are not intended for direct human consumption unless specifically indicated. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.

Orders and Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Wholesale pricing requires an approved wholesale account.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. International shipping times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they fail to meet the specification stated on the COA. Returns require prior authorisation. Opened bulk products cannot be returned for safety and contamination reasons.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
